You can find Lavender Lane Preschool set back on a quiet lane on South road, opposite the entrance to Coombe road. A community preschool for children ages 2-5 years, it’s a place where children and their well-being is at the centre of everything we do.

Julie Taylor, a long-standing and much loved member of the Hampton community, has set up Lavender Lane in memory of her late mum. With over 30 years in childcare and 25 years running nurseries and preschools, you can feel comforted knowing your children are “safe in our hands”.

Lavender Lane is a place where your children can thrive as they safely explore and learn about the world. Our experienced staff create fun and exciting learning opportunities, as well as allowing plenty of opportunity for the children to learn through free play too. We’re also lucky to enjoy a big, secure garden for the children to play in and benefit from a gated wild section of the garden where we can guide the children in forest school style activities.
