Sessions and Childcare Fees
The Pre-school provides the following;
Funded Places:
· Daily sessions 9am to 3pm. 15 hours will be offered free of charge any additional childcare hours are chargeable at a rate of £9.33 per hour.
· Minimum 15 hours for eligible funded places (subject to availability) 30 hours funding is also available.
· Entitlement for 2-year-old-working funding must be applied for/reconfirmed before the start of each term.
Non-Funded Places:
· Daily sessions from 9am to 3pm at a rate of £45.00
· Half Day sessions from 9am to 12pm or 12pm to 3pm at a rate of £28.00
· Full Time & Part Time Places – Minimum 2 half day sessions or one full day per week (Minimum is subject to children being settled)
An additional Lunch club session 12.00pm-1.00pm can be offered and booked in advance at a cost of £7.00 per session. This cost covers extra-curricular care, activities and enhanced staff to child ratios. Any additional amount paid by parents ensures that the pre-school remains sustainable. A packed lunch will need to be provided by the parent.
If required, additional sessions can be booked at the above non-funded rates. However, this is subject to the needs and requirements of the preschool. Additional sessions must be booked and paid for in full in advance. We require 4 weeks’ notice in writing to request any changes to the sessions booked.
If regular weekly extra sessions are required in addition to child’s funded hours, please contact us for a “Request for On-Going Extra Weekly Sessions” form. Lavender Lane Pre-school will reply in writing to advise if we have availability and to confirm the day/s and session/s available. Once the extra sessions have been confirmed a monthly invoice will be issued for the fees.
After the child’s initial admission to the Pre-school either party may terminate this contract by giving 4 weeks’ notice in writing.
We have introduced uniforms for the children to wear to foster a sense of identity and belonging. However, uniforms are not compulsory at our setting.
